Scared and abused pony as a game for the children

A scared animal with ropes inside its mouth, abused as it is forced to please the children of the town in Crete. Since August the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development is trying to find the proper paper to print and apply legislation 2015/262 to Greece.

So today we can't find registration of this poor animal we onlyn know the name of the abuser.
