One more dead unidentified horse

Another dead horse this time in Kalamata.

Dead horse found in August in Vari after the authorities have visited it verifying it is rotting remains until today at the same spot.

If anyone knows who the owner of this new dead horse which appears in the photos please identify it at the authorities.

In Greece in 2019 there is no traceability for equidae.

For this wretched situation only responsible are those who for the last decades have ignored any legislation that will ensure the welfare of equidae.
