Equidae registration is still on hold

A new letter was sent by Ippothesis to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, reminding the lack of implementation of EU Regulation on equine identification and registration in Greece.
As an equine welfare society we have already applied a written complaint CHAP(2019)01176 and a petition 1076/2019 against the above Ministry at the EU competent commission. No electonic data base is activated, though the passport regulation should be activated in our country on July 1st 2016.
Previous regulation 504/2008, 13 years ago, was never applied.
Without equidae identification we can not protect them.
